Due to the nature of our laboratory research compounds and products, PrimeCell Performance maintains a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds
All sales are final. PrimeCell Performance does not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
Incorrect Orders
Claims may only be reviewed if the incorrect product was received during fulfillment.
Claim Period
Any issue regarding an order must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Verification
Photographic evidence may be required before any order issue can be reviewed.
